Camera
Our app uses your device’s camera. Camera access is requested only when you choose a feature that needs it (for example, taking a new photo or scanning with the camera).
We use the camera so you can:
- Capture photos for your listings and property content — for example when you add or update listing images using the camera instead of the gallery.
- Scan documents — for example when you use document capture flows that rely on the live camera preview to scan paperwork for your records.
We do not use the camera in the background without your knowledge, and we do not record video continuously for unrelated purposes.
Photos, video, storage, upload, and sharing
- Stored on your device: Images you capture may be held temporarily on your device while you crop, review, or retry a capture, consistent with how your phone’s camera and gallery work.
- Uploaded to our services: When you save or publish content (such as listing photos or scanned documents attached to your account), those images may be uploaded to servers we or our infrastructure providers operate so your data is available in the app and backed up per your account settings.
- Shared by you: Where the app offers sharing (for example via the system share sheet), sharing happens when you explicitly choose to share — we do not post your photos to social networks or third-party sites without your action.
- Video: If a feature records or uses short video clips, we use it only for the purpose shown in that feature (for example preview or attachment). We do not use your camera roll or media for unrelated automated profiling.
Third parties and SDKs
Certain features rely on third-party services and software development kits (SDKs). Depending on your app version and configuration, these may include:
- Platform and media SDKs — for example components that power the camera, image picking, or maps (such as device APIs and mapping providers when you choose a location).
- Firebase (Google) — we may use Firebase services such as Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Firebase Cloud Messaging for notifications. These services may receive app and device identifiers, usage events, and crash diagnostics. They generally do not receive your photo or video content unless that content is part of a crash log or diagnostic you explicitly share with us; analytics may include coarse metadata about how features are used.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data with processors only as needed to run the app, comply with law, or protect rights and safety.
Your choices
You can deny camera permission in your device settings; some features will not work without it. You may also delete content you uploaded where the app provides deletion, and you can uninstall the app at any time.
