HostBora is built by Artbel Technologies, a Tanzanian software company based in Dar es Salaam. We design tools for landlords, property managers, and hosts who operate in Tanzania and across East Africa — with local currency, offline use, and real-world workflows in mind.

Arthur leads HostBora from Dar es Salaam. He holds a BSc in Computer Engineering and Information Technology from the University of Dar es Salaam and has spent his career building payment platforms, mobile banking apps, and secure data systems for Tanzania's financial sector — including TCB Bank, SELCOM, and Infowise. He founded Artbel to bring that same rigour to property management: software shaped by M-Pesa rent trails, WhatsApp follow-ups, and how landlords actually run portfolios in East Africa.
